VP - IT Planning
For one of our Banking clients, we are looking for a senior resource in IT Planning as per following Specifications :
Designation : VP - IT Planning
Reporting to : Head of IT
Job Details :
1. Define IT Strategy, processes, policies for IT Assess IT performance, and recommend a change, to increase the satisfaction of customers, in line with business direction and future growth plan
2. Plan IT future platform and other strategic initiatives
3. Evaluate IT security and other IT Risk with their controls
4. Monitoring design, implementation & functioning of Information Security Management Systems; establishing and implementing IS best practices to Manage and control IT governance as per Industry standards
5. Collaborating with the stakeholders to identify and assess IT / related business risks, including associated strategies, risk assessments, response plans, checklists, action cards and policies, so on
6. Prepare & publish Dashboards like KPI/KRI also periodic presentation of IT Security Deck for board meetings
7. Analyze the effectiveness of Quality Control and Quality Assurance for IT service
8. Monitoring the malicious activities, includes network and host behaviors and securing from the intrusion attacks
9. Spearhead IT Audits and present mitigation controls, resolve queries raised by Internal/External Auditors.
10. Responsible for Phishing campaign, IT security week and providing awareness training to new joiners.
11. IT budget management for PAN India IT requirement
12. Handle IT security matters and ensure to meet the requirement of Regulators.
13. Recommend solution to ensure the security of the environment
14. Timely submission of all IT related compliance like CSITE returns, DBIE portal returns and ad hoc questioners.
15. Co-ordination with IDRBT for cybersecurity related alters, trainings and cyber drills
16. Review security events and alerts that are populated in a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
17. Lead for Cyber security working group on Third party risk Management along with other global members
