Description :

- Develop, architect, implement and maintain scalable applications on enterprise mobile and web platforms

- Wok across teams to set the right engineering practices, tech stacks, vision and achieve business objectives by delivering in a timely manner

- Guide teams in correctly analysing requirements, putting in place a processes involving required documentation and implementing the same

- Imbibe optimisation, automations and other best practices

- Guide teams in architecture, infra and security aspects to deliver robust products

Profile :

- 12-16 years of experience, coming from broking/ trading, fin tech or consumer internet companies

- Hands on application development right from creating, developing, architecting, deploying, implementing to monitoring

- Should have built scalable and distributed applications on mobile and web platforms

- Flair of team management, project management and working with stakeholders across like product managers, business heads and vendors

- Ability to set right tech stacks for the team, set the correct engineering culture

- Experience on infrastructure architecture, systems administration, devops & security practices

- Ability to handle overall processes, escalations, performance issues and deadlines

- Hands on experience on either of the following tech stacks :

a. .Net/Java, MVC, SQL OR

b. MEAN/MERN Stack (Mongo, Angular or React, Node.js, Redis, Kafka) OR

c. OpenAPI, Serverless technology, C/C++, GoLang, Lamada, AWS/Azure

Job Offer :
