The purpose of the job is to manage and execute business efforts across a portfolio of smaller consulting projects or play a key role in one of the global priority programmes, particularly in the mobilization, definition phase.
The incumbent will work at the program level and will be accountable for delivering discreet deliverables. The team would support the IB team in managing the transformation.
Experience
- The Business Consultant must have at least 9-10 yrs of experience working on consulting / change initiatives in large complex setup. Financial services organisation experience highly preferred.
- Good track record of fostering and maintaining best practice solutions and tools to improve / optimise work flow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, simplify complex processes and maximise own productivity.
- Experience of validating and prioritising business requirements.
- Proficiency in Change Management methodology.
- Expertise in Investment Banking(custody operations)
