Vice President - Investment Banking - Fixed Income/Equities

Job Profile:

We are hiring Vice President within the Investment Banking sector, who will be responsible for overseeing and driving revenue generation, particularly in Fixed Income or Equities products. The role will involve deep understanding and management of Prime Products or Future Products within the Investment Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Possess and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Fixed Income or Equities products, with specific emphasis on at least 20-25 products. This includes knowledge of product content, functionality, and market dynamics.

- Drive revenue generation strategies for Investment Bank products, with a keen understanding of how economic scenarios impact product performance.

- Analyze and assess the performance and scalability of Investment Bank products, particularly in the context of economic fluctuations.

- Lead and manage a team of 30-35 professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, productivity, and growth.

- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrate stability and commitment to the role, contributing to long-term business objectives.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Expertise in Fixed Income or Equities products within the Investment Banking sector.

- Strong understanding of how revenue is generated within Bond products and the scalability of such products.

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 30-35 professionals.

- MBA or equivalent

- Professional certifications like CFA, FRM, CAIA etc. would be an added advantage

- Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Fixed Income or Equities products.
