Vice President - Investment Banking

AVKA Capital, boutique Investment Bank with offices in Delhi and Mumbai, is looking to hire a Vice President (VP) level candidate with 10+ years’ experience in M&A, I-Banking for their Delhi office.

Candidate with minimum 10 years’ experience in origination and client facing roles at boutique I-banks shall be preferred. Generalist with some consumer sector exposure will be an added bonus.

VP candidate shall also assist in execution of current live (both cross-border M&A and growth capital) mandates to closing. There are four live mandates that need immediate attention.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and shall include base pay, bonus and an opportunity to own stock in the company (cash and stock options/equity).

Position is based out of Delhi.
