Our client is an Investment Bank. We are looking for a senior professional for the following job profile:

Job Description:

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to conceive and deliver innovative solutions that harness the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities. These encompass strategic counsel for mergers and acquisitions, proficient handling of equity and debt capital markets, adept management of leveraged finance, and strategic utilization of structured products.

- Nurture and guide junior bankers (Associates and Analysts), fostering the cultivation of essential investment banking proficiencies as they evolve within the field.

- Engage actively in client presentations, participate in crucial client interactions, and spearhead the flawless execution of ongoing transactions. This involves adhering to timelines, ensuring impeccable deliverables, and upholding rigorous internal processes.

- Pioneer novel concepts and avenues for both new and existing clients, employing exhaustive research, precise financial modeling, and astute industry assessments.

- Prepare and skillfully deliver client presentations, thereby stimulating transaction opportunities, augmenting your network, and expanding your experiential portfolio.

- Participate in, and glean insights from, interdisciplinary teams comprised of experts drawn from diverse sectors of the business. This encompasses collaborating with senior bankers within your division as well as leveraging expertise from various corners of the organization.

- The designated location for this role is Mumbai.

Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor's/PG Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field of relevance.

- Exhibit exceptional prowess in financial analysis and financial modeling, with an emphasis on Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) techniques.

- Display a keen eye for detail, fortified by potent quantitative and analytical proficiencies.

- Relevant experience in investment banking, valuation, M&A, or Corporate Finance.

- Showcase a track record of having overseen at least 3 end-to-end deal closures, demonstrating comprehensive deal-handling experience.

- If applicable, showcase experience at the Vice President level within a well-established investment bank.

- Evince the capacity to mentor and cultivate Associates and Analysts, nurturing their professional evolution.

- Exemplify excellence in communication, demonstrating a proficient command of English, and possessing the ability to seamlessly interact with C-Level Executives.
