JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 12-14 years of overall work experience.

- Extensive background in Cost Management, Cost Reduction, and Cost Strategy.

- Proven experience in Transformation, Business Strategies, and Change Management.

2. Analytical Skills:

- Strong quantitative and analytical skillset.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from financial and operational data.

3. Data Analytics:

- Strong experience in data analytics tools for extracting actionable insights.

- Expertise in cost analytics and financial analysis.

4. Visualization Tools:

- Hands-on experience in visualization tools such as Power BI or Alteryx.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for effective communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Management:

- Develop and implement effective cost management strategies.

- Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction.

2. Business Strategy and Transformation:
