Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Institutional Salesperson for our Asset Management Company. As an integral member of the sales team, will need to leverage extensive industry experience and expertise to drive business growth and foster long-lasting relationships with institutional clients. Primary focus will be building relationship with institutional investors, such as pension funds, banks, Insurance Companies, foundations, and other large financial institutions and drive/promote the AMC products from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Utilize your vast network and industry connections to identify and engage potential institutional clients.

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the evolving needs and preferences of institutional investors.

- Devise and implement effective strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

- Act as the key point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

- Provide personalized service and insights, catering to the unique investment objectives of each client.

3. Product Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Deliver impactful and persuasive presentations that showcase the value of our investment products and services.

- Tailor presentations to align with the specific requirements and goals of institutional clients.

- Offer comprehensive analyses of investment strategies and portfolio performance to demonstrate our expertise.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Collaborate seamlessly with portfolio management, research, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

- Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

5. Sales Strategy and Reporting:

- Leverage your extensive sales experience to develop and execute effective strategies for achieving sales targets.

- Prepare detailed and insightful sales reports for management, highlighting performance and opportunities for growth.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines:

- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations and internal policies.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and changes in regulatory requirements.
