Position: Vertical Owner - India Market Operations
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
- Collaborate with management to make operational decisions and establish strategic objectives.
Business Operations Management:
- Plan and oversee day-to-day business operations in the India market to ensure smooth progress.
- Evaluate operational efficiency and implement improvements in alignment with organizational goals.
Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management:
- Manage inbound and outbound processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Financial Management:
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to drive profitability.
- Conduct periodic P&L reviews and develop a financial roadmap.
Policy Formulation and Implementation:
- Formulate and promote the implementation of policies to support business objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Oversee campaign planning, execution strategy, pipeline management, and target setting.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of 100 members, providing leadership and guidance.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
Performance Evaluation and Data Analysis:
- Evaluate overall performance through data analysis and interpretation of metrics.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Innovation and Problem-Solving:
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
- Proactively identify and solve problems, even beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading Inside Sales/Tele Sales or similar business operations.
