What will you do?
- Lead the day to day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and scalability including building reporting and managing team metrics.
- Scale up sales operations to 10x in upcoming 12-14 months.
- Owning quarterly and annual sales goals and driving the sales teams to achieve their goals, ensuring attainment of top-line & bottom-line org aspirations.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Build and promote a strong team culture within the Business Development executives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.
- Forecasting sales, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics to senior management
Who are we looking for? Someone with :
- 8+ years of sales experience in B2C segment (preferably in Ed-tech space)
- 4+ years of Experience in leading a team of BDMs/BDEs
- Experience in dealing with college degrees & upskilling segments is a must
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Flawless communication skills ability to provide clear, concise and insightful information especially in writing
- Experience in running/driving outcomes from outsourced/in-sourced call centers will be an added advantage
- Being goal and action-oriented tracking results and actively experimenting with different solutions
