- IT Planning & Management - Define and finalize the future strategy, budget, and scope of all the IT assignments with a focus on hardware, software, network, and enterprise (SAP) systems in collaboration with Senior Management.


- Finalize the operational framework for the entire function keeping in mind a technology-based approach to solve business challenges to drive process and cost optimization.

- Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals.

- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by management team.

- Finalize the estimates and plans for IT related requirements across all the functions and projects pan-India.

- Identify the annual priorities and operational targets for the IT function basis the overall business objectives.

- Finalize the IT vendor evaluation framework and ensure adherence to the defined guidelines for vendor management.

- IT Delivery - Review the IT infrastructure implementation progress and identify the deviations from the schedule.

- Drive focus on a secure and updated IT environment to safeguard data and access.

- Liaison with the relevant authorities (utilities like telephone, electricity etc.) for necessary project approvals.

- Conceptualize and drive the implementation of new IT applications while optimizing costs/processing time.

- Leverage expertise to introduce market leading and futuristic technologies to the business.

- Management reporting - Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including senior management in the organization, on the progress of the delivery along the status of the assets and infrastructure.

- Facilitate development and growth of direct and indirect reportee while keeping track of attrition. Ensure all the employee grievances are handled in the appropriate manner with no impact on the delivery timelines.

- Ensure the capability development for the team through training and mentoring to drive high performance and engagement and enable achievement of current and future business needs.
