Vice President - Information Technology

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall development and deployment of an IT strategy.

- Oversee the architecture development and use of technology infrastructure (networks, computer systems, applications) and ensure optimal performance and cost effectiveness. Leverage new and emerging technologies (cloud, mobility etc.) to improve the customer facing functions and operational efficiency .

- Draw an IT blueprint/roadmap for the business and identify potential business partners/consultants to implement the same.

- Engage with all business stakeholders to understand their needs, make proactive suggestions to business processes and incorporate their requirements into technology infrastructure.

- Establishing annual IT plans, performance metrics, budgets and ongoing execution mechanisms.

- Defining policies and standards for acquiring, implementing and operating the IT systems.

- Completion of IT Projects with no time or cost overrun through strict and structured Governance.

- Defining the software and hardware consumption models (on premise, cloud based etc.) and MSP/ Vendor contracting, onboarding and ongoing management.

- Developing, maintaining strategic vendor and partner relationships; negotiating contracts with vendors, partners and authorizing procurement

- Develop and oversee implementation of cyber security architecture and policies protecting the Company for internal and external threats.

- Ensuring all IT assets and operations are legal, secure and compliant with relevant legislations, industry leading practice standards and internal governance procedures.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
