Communicate the roadmap / vision for the talent acquisition team and develop goals and objectives based on staffing, development and retention.
Lead the service delivery functions for the Client Program services portfolio, identify requirements, manage priorities, provide status, manage budgets, and ultimately ensure that service delivery is on time, on budget, and of quality.
Track data regarding all facets of the hiring process and monitor ROI (P & L Responsibility). Adjust recruiting strategy, based on analysis of past data.
Work along with Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead, team of recruiters, track progress of TA Team, ensure that the committed head count requirements are fulfilled, resources hired and on-boarded as per timelines agreed with Client.
Develop recruitment strategies for the business unit, working with Client Managers, internal and external HR leaders to forecast recruiting needs and determine the strategy for talent acquisition.
Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team members to meet departmental KPIs and project SLA's. To guide, and act as mentor to the team as they deliver and service, providing high quality output and productivity to Clients.
Lead and execute on top priority, complex recruiting projects, to help streamline the recruiting process or enhance the brand experience for candidates.
Attend the daily and weekly recruitment /operations /facilities review meetings as applicable along with Client Managers, Program Sponsors.
Be part of the Management level meetings, discuss on operational efficiency, effectiveness, transitions, audits etc.
To communicate and be the focal point of dissemination of information from management and client to the team and vice versa.
Follow up with client after delivering submissions, interviews and selections / placements to ensure expectations are met as also for offers to be made and initiation of background checks for prospective joiners.
Reporting the plan vs actual in terms of submissions made, interviews held, selections, on- boarding and have control on expense budget VS ROI.
Location: Bangalore.
Experience: 17 - 22 years. Should have handled a portfolio of 150 - 200 Crore with more than 200 FTE. Exposure of having dealt with IT clientele preferred.
Verticals to be managed: Software (75%), IT, BFSI, Pharma.
