Vice President - Identity & Access Management - BFSI

Job Title: Vice President

Division: Identity and Access Management

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the global agenda to integrate all access provisioning across the firm into a single, stable platform

- Work closely with technology teams to develop robust solutions and address all automation gaps

- Interact closely with operational risk, internal audit and other control functions to evaluate issues and address appropriately

- Provide strong leadership to the IAM team

- Own and lead global operating committees to deal with global issues, consistency and development plans

- Drive, through mangers, day to day tasks and activities in alignment with goals and objectives

- Involve in the defining the goals and objectives for the IAM team in India in conjunction with the global goals

- Lead and represent IAM in different forums

- Drive continuous improvement across programs and workflows

- Develop incisive metrics to highlight performance and escalate exceptions

- Proactively drive global initiatives and assume full accountability for the process

Key Requirements:

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream with 10+ years of overall work experience.

- Certification in Access Management or Information Security.

Work Experience / Background :

- Ideal candidate should have exposure in the Identity and Access Control domain with 5+ years of domain experience. Management experience of managing a team of 20+ staff.

- Right Candidates from IT, IT Governance or Information Security could be also considered provided they have the right level of exposure and capability to handle the role.

Technical/Business Skills & Knowledge:

Essential:

- Hands-on knowledge in Identity and Access Control domain

- Team management experience and handled team working on shifts

- Capability to work hands-on and contribute as a individual contributor

- Analytical sense and ability to grasp and review workflows

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Desirable:

- Experience in IT Application Development / Support, Information Management, IT Governance, Risk.
