Job Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and expand on the organization culture to provide maximum tangible and intangible benefits to all employees - this will include but not limited to the HR policies and corporate culture of the company.
- Partner with the leadership team to review, design and develop a compensation strategy for the organization. Oversee all compensation and related aspects to ensure regulatory compliances and competitive salary levels.
- Plan, develop, implement and administer organizational development (OD) & Employee Engagement (EE) programs across the company to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
- Define and develop short and mid-term plan for career management plans for implementation. Establish career management practices, processes, tools and policies.
- Lead company compliance with labor law and all reporting requirements as applicable
- Identify legal and compliance issues related to HR and manage the company's risk and exposure.
