Responsibilities:
- Own HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Labour compliances for India employee - Entire employee Lifecycle
- Manage and lead the HR team and ensure all deliverables of the HR function is efficiently managed
- Handle hire the right talent for the company and ensure smooth on-boarding and candidate experience
- Responsible for maintaining HR systems and processes. Keep HR systems completely updated with accurate data
- Drive employee compensation and benefits administration
- Will be responsible for creating and executing processes related to HR Operations: payroll process, contract third party staff, Incentive payments, F&F, PF, ESI, HR administration and other compliances
- Drive performance management and talent management function for the company. Ensure performance rewards linkages
- Responsible for employee queries and grievances related to any HR matter
- Create, review and administer HR policies and procedures as per industry best practices
- Ensure proactive employee communication, training and change management on people related policies and procedures
- Drive compensation and incentive structure and policy for the company
- Ensure the timely disbursement of Salaries and incentives
- Maintain and review the HR MIS / HR Analytic to ensure effective and appropriate reports are in place
- Liaison with senior management, leadership, managers, department heads, finance and third party partners
