- Talent Engagement
- Talent Development (TNA, Training calendar, Review, Leadership Development)
- Talent Engagement
- Will be responsible for defining interventions as per the business needs.
Looking at:
- 18+ years of experience in HR and the last few years from Services / Engineering industry background
- Excellent communication, team handling and stakeholder management skills
- Full time MBA from reputed universities
