Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President - Human Resources (VP HR) to lead our HR function across all aspects of talent management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employer branding, and workforce planning.

- The VP HR will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with business heads to drive an inclusive, high-performance, and people-first culture.

- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in HR leadership roles, preferably in IT services, staff augmentation, or high-growth organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement a long-term HR strategy aligned with business goals.

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to build an agile, growth-driven workforce.

- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Oversee end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent.

- Implement hiring plans, workforce forecasting, and talent resourcing strategies.

- Enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Design and drive employee experience programs to improve engagement & retention.

- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and performance excellence.

- Conduct employee pulse surveys, town halls, and feedback mechanisms.

Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management:

- Develop competitive compensation structures, incentive plans, and ESOPs.

- Ensure market benchmarking for salaries and rewards.

- Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and succession planning.

Learning & Development (L&D):

- Design and implement L&D programs for leadership development and upskilling.

- Partner with functional leaders to create career development paths.

- Introduce mentorship and coaching programs to retain high-potential employees.

Employer Branding & HR Technology:

- Strengthen employer branding strategies to position the company as a preferred employer.

- Leverage HR analytics and implement HR tech solutions (HRMS, ATS, LMS, and AI-driven HR tools).

HR Analytics & Compliance:

- Monitor and improve key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity).

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.

- Work on HR process automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


Must-Have Skills:

- 10-15+ years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on generalist HR, talent strategy, and workforce planning.

- Proven track record in IT services, staffing, or consulting environments.

- Expertise in HR policy design, talent engagement, and strategic workforce planning.

- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven HR decisions.

- Experience with HR automation, digital transformation, and HR analytics tools.

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) HR integration.

- Exposure to international HR policies and global workforce management.

- Hands-on experience in ESOP structuring, leadership coaching, and DEI programs.
