Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with Kapture.Cx's vision, mission, and values. Collaborate with the executive team to drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth and create a positive employee experience.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR executives, providing guidance and support in executing HR initiatives across functions. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that promotes employee development, engagement, and productivity.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with our company culture. Oversee the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and the selection of candidates who will contribute to a fun and motivated work environment.
Talent Management and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and training programs. Create opportunities for employees to grow their skills and advance within the organization.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment and strengthen employee relations. Promote employee engagement through recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback channels.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that reward and recognize employee contributions. Ensure fairness and transparency in compensation practices while supporting employee motivation and satisfaction.
Learning and Development: Enhance the learning and development framework by identifying training needs, sourcing relevant programs, and implementing initiatives that promote continuous learning and skill-building. Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
HR Operations: Establish and maintain efficient HR processes and systems, including HRIS implementation, policies and procedures, compliance, and data analytics. Leverage technology and automation to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible HR leadership roles, with experience leading diverse teams across various HR functions.
- Comprehensive HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven organizations is preferred.
