- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President HR to lead our Human Resources department.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- The Vice President HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and culture initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies
