They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional with strong strategic bent of mind, who can work in partnership with business to effectively deliver their people plans.

Description

You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources Agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning and operation.

You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth.

Profile

- 10-13 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy

- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD/Auto/supply chain organisation is a must

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
