Anticipate and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, plans, tools, and solutions. 7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and promote and energizing and open work environment 8. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business 9. Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business HR plans 10. Using experience, skills, and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent analytics 11. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance 12. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department 13. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances 14. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention 15. To drive performance management, Employee engagement, compensation planning, etc. 16. Understand business goals, long term strategic plans, and day-to-day Operational issues 17. Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee-centric initiatives 18.
