Scrabble has been mandated to hire a 'VP HR' for a rapidly growing content marketing platform based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and streamline HR processes for the organization.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.

Qualifications:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources with an MBA from a Tier 1 college.
