Vice President Human Resources
- This is an important leadership role, would lead the HR Business Partner function for the India geo. This position has high accountability and reports directly to the India HR Head.
- We are looking out for candidates with proven HR leadership abilities, strategic thinking, effective people management, influencing skills, business acumen, conflict and problem-solving abilities and experience of working with senior leaders.
- Should have worked in senior HR leadership roles for a minimum of 10 years. An exposure to large BPM delivery organizations is essential.

As a strategic business partner to leadership, you will bring deep domain HR expertise that connects all aspects of the people agenda. This highly dynamic and relationship-oriented role has the following primary focuses:
- Shaping and Implementing the People Strategy: Partnering with senior leadership to define the people agenda for the business and leading the execution of the people strategy to ultimately improve the service experience for the function's internal customers, increase efficiency, drive greater agility & speed for future growth, and deliver greater resilience of core business activities.
- Strategic Partnering: Working closely with functional leaders to develop & implement HR initiatives that closely support business objectives, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making. Acting as a thought leader with senior level presence to lead and counsel on individual and team leadership and transformational changes. Provide thought partnership and guidance for leaders on organizational design, location decisions, career pathing and capability building, in line with the people strategy.
- Focus on Engagement & Talent Retention: Collaborate with the operational teams for driving the engagement agenda, focus on new initiatives, drive floor connect, Voice of Employees and engagement activities for employees.
- Project & Initiatives: Take an active role in driving and supporting projects and initiatives relation to the development of our worldwide HR function, e.g. talent development and upskilling and engagement.
- Support the annual performance review, talent development, talent management and compensation review cycles, with support from our Delivery teams and Operational CoE.
- Undertake the interpretation and communication of Employee Engagement Survey outcomes and contribution to the creation of related action plans.
- Act as a catalyst for change; guiding and influencing organizational design, development and change management solutions. Leads the implementation of organizational change from a people perspective.
- Use analytics & trend analysis to help shape HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create a culture of positivity and innovation.
- Stay closely connected with recruiting teams to ensure that the functional resource plan is executed efficiently to equip the operational teams with capable talent.
- Guide Incentive program implementation, ensuring they're tailored to performance metrics and organizational objectives, fostering fairness and transparency.

- Consultative & change management skills, with strong conceptual thinking and HR domain expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, coupled with skills & drive to progress initiatives.
- Ability to lead projects in a timely manner whilst keeping stakeholders engaged & informed.
- Excellent coaching and facilitation skills with a solution-oriented approach
Experience and background:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in business, Human Resources or other related field is required; professional qualification with a premiere institution preferred.
- A strong track record of success driving people agenda
- Experience in a multi- locational role and working with teams from different locations in India demonstrating sensitivity and an ability to develop relationships / teams.
- Consulting experience in a People & Organization practice or success as a strategic HRBP.
- Strong HR domains skills & understanding of contemporary HR trends and practices.
- Keen adopter of new technology and HCM platform.
