Drive the performance management agenda for O&T.

Performance - Potential Metric: Custodian of the talent management process for O&T.

Talent Book - Partner with business to identify & develop high potential talent and ensure succession for all critical /leadership roles.

Performance Improvement Process Management : Identifying development plans for employees and assist employee & manager in the implementation of the PIP.

O&T Management Association Program: Drive integration, engagement of high potential entry-level talent.

Responsible to design & drive the people agenda and provide strategic advisory on people challenges.

Lead & motivate the HR team to ensure continued engagement, interface & exchange based on business priorities.

Drive high impact projects to foster a culture aligned to organisation values and operational priorities.

Employee Connect & Reach Out: Conducting HR Town Halls, Roadshows & breakout session. Action planning on feedback assimilated.

Partner with workforce management team for capability planning. Ensure optimal use of various channels of recruitment like consultants, employee referral programs, job fair, campus hires etc. for effective recruitment of professionals.
