Position : VP - HR
Exp : 11-16 years
Industry : MBA ( Full time Essential) .Prefer candidates having exposure in ITES/ Financial Svs in Diverse functions of HR.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the respective business unit.
- Initiated and executed several new L&D initiatives like Operations Conclave & Technician's Challenge.
- Partner with the business to develop leadership development programs and support functional programs as and when required
- Owning the Employee strategy for the business with clear accountability drawn for engagement and retention.
- Selecting and monitoring the performance of internal and external trainers to ensure optimal training results. Also, monitor the effectiveness of programs and modify programs, as necessary
- Implementing & improving learning and development strategy and ensuring effective training coverage across the organization
