Position : VP - HR
Exp : 10-15 years
Industry : MBA ( Full time Essential) .Prefer candidates having exposure in ITES/ Financial Svs in Diverse functions of HR.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the respective business unit.
- Initiated and executed several new L&D initiatives like Operations Conclave & Technician's Challenge.
- Owning the end to end BAU HR processes for respective business unit
- Raise leadership awareness, and develop and enhance the leadership skills, behaviors and competencies of employees at all levels of the organization
- Selecting and monitoring the performance of internal and external trainers to ensure optimal training results. Also, monitor the effectiveness of programs and modify programs, as necessary
- Owning the Employee strategy for the business with clear accountability drawn for engagement and retention.
- Developing and implementing engagement models, talent management employee attrition reporting, and retention initiatives for respective business unit.
