Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions.
- HR Team Leadership : Develop and lead the HR team, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR policies within set budgets.
- Training and Development : Focus on people training and development through various tools, techniques, and programs.
- Performance Management : Implement and manage a flexible performance management system linked to remuneration, including Talent Management and Change Management initiatives.
- Diverse Team Management : Manage diverse teams with a focus on strategic cultural alignment.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities for addressing and resolving employee issues and achieve success.
- Policy Formulation, Review and Best Practices : Formulate/Review and implement policies, processes, and recognition schemes to benchmark and adopt best practices.
- Employee Engagement and HR Analytics : Drive employee engagement and use HR analytics to monitor metrics, follow trends, and improve HR practices.
- Recruitment Strategy : Formulate strategic plans for recruitment, training, organizational development.
- Compensation Strategy: Develop compensation strategies to achieve objectives and ensure compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 Years of relevant HR experience
- Education: MBA in HR
- Must be from a NBFC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have hired Sales Officers and Branch Managers
- Must be good at Stakeholder Management
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
