WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
- The Vice President is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
- Collaborating with senior management for crafting the organization's vision and strategy
- Developing strategic HR policies and plans
- Reporting performance to the management by using KPIs and business metrics Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes
- Deploy locally, leadership development interventions for key talent at different career stages.
- Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Re-engineering processes for ensuring maximum efficiency
- Assuming responsibility for employee/labor relations with the management Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent Design and deploy key initiatives to build soul of the company
- Drive key actions to build a high performing and engaged workforce
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING IN?
- Master's degree in HR or equivalent 7-8 years' experience in HR functions
- Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge about national and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations
