Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that support business objectives, enhance talent development, and shape a high-performing organizational culture.
This role will play a key part in aligning HR strategies with company goals and ensuring best-in-class HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR technologies, data analytics, and reporting tools.
