The Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities encompass monitoring of all facets of HR functions at the Factory and Corporate levels including
- Manpower (Planning, Sourcing, Placement)
- HR Policies formulation & implementation
- Performance Appraisals Implementation
- Recruitment & Placement
- Training & Development - Corporate and Plant level
- Reduce Attrition & Absenteeism
- Liaison with Statutory agencies
- Maintain cordial industrial relations between Factory Management and work force.
- Statutory compliance & Compliance audit
- HR initiatives & Engagement activities at plant level
- Time office & Payroll
- MIS Reports
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience of minimum 10-15 years with IR expertise in a reputed manufacturing company
- Candidate should have handled large employee for multiple site / plants as here this person need to manage more than 1200 employees
- Candidate must have handled domestic enquiries at factory level
