- It is a big group, they are startup for operations for one of its Hospitality business.
As a VP HR, He needs to start from scratch to build the team, Initially He needs to handle recruitment as a one man show then gradually build a team .
- Once recruitment is aligned as per requirement then this role will move into Strategic HR role.
- Actively involved in the organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Experience creating and executing strategic programs and strategies to drive engagement across levels and geographies and industry sectors
- Will be directly reporting to the VP-India Business Head
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
- Participate in our company's strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS)
- Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires
- Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
