We are hiring for a Captive Unit based in Bangalore. Role details are given below :
Responsibilities :
1. Partner with business stakeholders to identify and develop the key people initiatives to deliver on business strategy and end-user needs.
2. Support HR interventions designed to drive long-term performance, including effective organisational design, talent and succession management, transformation, engagement, change management, reward and recognition, and leadership coaching and development
3. Represent HR at Steering Committees and deliver HR aspects of top priority projects
4. Ensure core HR policies, processes and practices are clearly communicated and consistently applied throughout the business
5. Coach senior leaders and key SMEs in the business to help them with their key business, people leadership, stakeholder and career development priorities
6. Provide strategic advice
7. Use data and insights from end users and across the business to proactively recommend people solutions and provide strategic support to leaders on processes that will help them improve business performance
Workforce capability champions :
Requirements :
1. Significant experience in leading HR Business Partner role with a minimum of 12+ years- experience.
2. Strong skills in Collaboration and influencing at senior management, should have handled senior stake holders.
3. Skilled and effective change agent, business acumen, should have done some HR transformation projects.
4. Experience in driving people agenda and works as trusted advisor to BU heads
5. Should have excellent exposure in Poaching from competition
