Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior management and promoters to enhance business performance through people strategies.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top industry talent.
- Implement effective retention programs to reduce attrition and enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction and productivity.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Regularly update and implement HR policies in line with industry standards.
- Manage audits and statutory requirements related to HR operations.
Performance Management & Learning:
- Lead and oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Drive learning and development (L&D) programs to upskill employees and enhance their competencies.
- Identify training needs and introduce relevant skill enhancement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee compensation structures and ensure they are market-competitive.
- Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high performers.
- Optimize HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.
