Our Client is looking for a Senior HR professional for an "HR Business Partner Role"
- Should have good experience on Employee Engagement; Performance Management;Talent Management; Leadership programs;HR Strategy,
- Should be able to handle HR for 5000+ Employees
- Accountable for successful delivery of all HR programs and processes for the Employee Relations. Drives resolution of issues, in collaboration with partners in staffing and legal and escalates when necessary.
- Work closely with HR COEs and ensure seamless integration of the HR priorities
- Ensure high quality HR record keeping through robust and sustainable processes and controls
Performance Management :
- Management processes, including Mid-Year Check-In and Performance. Review, and is accountable for delivering calibration sessions during Performance Review.
Employee / Manager Development : Partners with COE resources to deliver Employee &Management Excellence programs and build capability and effectiveness in the line organization.
- Accountable for talent planning and management for the client / business, in fulfillment of the HR Plan. Drive and Delivery of Talent Management programs.
- Collaborates with HR Leadership to design talent planning solutions that will fulfill the HR Plan and serve the business.
- 15 years approximately of HR Operations and leadership experience managing/supporting multiple geographies and locations
- Work well under pressure, managing deadlines and demonstrating flexibility in handling multiple priorities
- Strong Organization skills and ability to operate fairly independently
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Good Interpersonal and conflict management skills"
