Job Description - Excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic space with multiple complexities with a Financial Services global leader.


Client Details :

My client is a Global Leader offering services in financial services space. They are known globally fro driving a culture which is growth-oriented & people centric. As a part of their growth journey in India they are currently looking for a Director/VP HR for based out of Gurgaon.

Description :

Reporting into Head HR, your responsibilities would include the following:

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in your BU to enable delivery of HR advice and services;

- Coach key individuals in the leadership team to enable the goal of strengthening leadership calibre across key management levels


- Partner with business stakeholders and Talent to develop strategies and implement frameworks to engage, develop and retain high potential performers;

- Work with line managers to understand motivation and retention issues, developing and implementing creative workforce strategy solutions.


- Work closely with the Reward teams to manage delivery of the year-end remuneration process;

- Work with Talent Acquisition globally and participate in recruitment and selection processes to ensure experienced and skilled talent is brought into the business and oversight is maintained of the Early Years career programmes.


- Owning the end to end BAU HR processes (PD, Talent, compensation revision etc) for respective business unit

- Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on historic trends

Profile :

You should come with a minimum of 10 years of experience of working in HR space primarily as HR Business Partner. You should come with an experience of working in a financial services space with high levels of maturity, and a proven ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group.
