This position will be responsible for heading overall function.
- Talent sourcing and build strong talent pipe line for growth plans of the organization.
- Establish strong campus connect for entry level talent of Engineering and Management graduates.
- Work with internal key stakeholders to develop long term HR plan.
- Work on the overall capability development of workforce.
- Set up HR automation and drive HR Digitization and also partner with key holders to drive over all Organization Digitization journey.
- Develop robust HR practices and processes that will be contemporary and contextual for organization growth .
- Make appropriate organization diagnosis of HR function and develop appropriate interventions.
- Work on manpower optimization and rationalization for efficiency and productivity.
- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention
- Drive over Talent Development and development calendar for key talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and reward systems.
- Ensure compliance of all HR and Administration areas.
- Max age for this position is 52 years.
- Experience in of 22 to 25 years Chemicals/Speciality Chemicals or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
- Written and spoken language of Telugu is desirable but NOT a must criteria.
