Role : Vice President - HR Transformation & Consulting (Management/ Strategy Consulting Setup )
Location : Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Help build a future ready HR organization that can navigate a constantly evolving landscape
- Lead the HR and HR shared services transformation journey through a people centered and technology enabled approach
- Evaluate the HR service delivery model and identify opportunities for simplification, innovation and transition, while keeping pace with organizational growth and strategy
- Partner with relevant functions to identify the appropriate frameworks and capabilities to enable HR to be a true business partner
- Design an effective change management program in the area of HR transformation to enable sustainable transition of processes, technologies and behaviors
- Design a talent analytics framework for the HR organization through continuous, critical evaluation of requirements across areas. Collaborate closely with internal analytics teams to translate identified requirements and develop data-driven insights that will inform people decisions and processes.
Preferred Candidates:
- PG / MBA with 12+Yrs experience which last 5+yrs into Consulting/Transformation Projects in HR.
- Design and implementation of large-scale, complex, and impactful HR transformation projects with deep focus on strategy, process, technology and people
- Design and execution of change management programs for complex transformations
- Development of systems, processes and capabilities in the area of transformation programs
- Familiarity with talent analytics frameworks
