Role :- Vice President - HR Service Delivery
Location : - Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai
Job Description
- Will be responsible to drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Beginning from onboarding till exit)
- Manage the existing HR Processes. along with applying Company policies to support delivery and execute growth programs as directed.
- Closely work on the technology related process Improvement
- Will have Global & Location Cross Functional interactions with Entity HR Leads, Workplace & other Shared services.
- Team Management who has driven change familiar with processes.
- Will be responsible to improve & redesigned processes. Applied thoughts. Design Thinking Methodology used in the company. Thorough understanding about processes.
- Support effective delivery and continuous improvement of HR services to the business through provision of high quality service compliance activities
- Sustain the full service management services consisting of GU governance service definitions VoC service delivery satisfaction and other surveys local action planning and improvement program management from the surveys service metrics and dashboard reporting incident and problem management risk and BCP for end-to-end service delivery across all entities and SSC within the GU
- Support Entity HR teams in service management expectation setting with the business via Service Management Reviews
- Support CoEs or local SMEs and users in aligning local process and service roadmaps to global ones local service release controls and change management support to Global CoEs or local SME
- Support technology user interface and requirements gathering prioritization of requests functional needs identification aligning technology roadmap to service roadmap UAT and local release management
- Manage local technology budgets program and release support from a GU service delivery perspective for global technology releases
- Accountable for audits on services and key initiatives and own Internal Controls and Risk Management and support for HR exposure on audits in other functions
- Accountable for baseline service performance metrics in GU HR scorecard and target continuous improvements through service innovation and Kaizen 6-Sigma BPMS and PE or DE framework for HR service improvement
- Increase usage of assets build and maintain community of GU Service Delivery Owners and entity primary process users hooked to an ideas and excellence framework
- Work with HR teams in the GU to promote best practice in the areas of service compliance increase usage of existing assets build and maintain community of owners and process users for service excellence framework
- May support specific programs qualified by leadership as requiring high maturity program management for deep impact such as People CMM certification People SMART program HRT deployment etc
