Brief about the Role :
- A leader with experience in HR Operations ( Focus on PF & ESI Operations ) & Statutory Compliance for HR domain for India Region ( Managing Large Work Force).
Experience :- HR Shared Services ( With Focus on PF & ESI Operations).
- Payroll Module.
- HR Operations model.
- HR Compliance & Statutory expertise.
- Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across diverse set of business verticals.
- Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes.
- On boarding to Separation life cycle management.
- This role provides subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local HR operation teams to ensure HR Operation service is fit for purpose.
- The role supports the initiatives of the Organisation's business functions.
- Responsible for service delivery support in conjunction with Organisation's ventures and acquisitions transactions globally.
Key Responsibilities :- Responsible for partnering with local HR Operations Teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR Operation activities like Payroll , PF & ESI and associated tasks such as compliance with tax and regulatory rules, tax payments and filings, regulatory reporting, etc.
- Responsible for oversight of local team compliance with Internal Controls, Information Security Requirements, etc.
- Drive transformation to improve processing, implementation of best practices, standardize processes, etc.
- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR Operation Activities related to Ventures and Acquisitions.
- Partner with business functions to ensure local systems and processes can support related requirements such as equity, benefit, HR, cross-border assignment, and other functions.
- Support local Payroll teams with Vendor system changes, upgrades, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating global and local HR OPs Teams.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :- Min 18+yrs exp Post PG / PGDBM / MBA.
- 10 years+ HR Operations experience in a complex global environment.
- Should have handled India HR Ops - most important.
- Strong understanding of Payroll systems, Payroll Accounting and Payroll Tax , PF & ESI.
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Effective at multi-tasking/adapting to new and changing situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to manage and direct work completed by resources without a direct reporting relationship.
- Effective Relationship Skills, including ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Able to articulate/position complex/critical challenges, issues, etc.
- Strong oral and written English communications skills.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours.
