Job Description :
- Strategize with leadership to create talent priorities, design and implement pragmatic talent programs, create talent assessment and development plans, manage succession plans, and generate ideas and actions to improve employee engagement.
- Provide business relevant oversight to the execution of all HR activities across business including country set-up (eg. Countries outside India and Phillipines), staffing, performance management, promotions, employee relations, and compensation.
- Influence business leaders and HR Business Partners on strategy, priorities, challenges, HR matters, etc.
- Work closely with Finance to monitor the cost and efficiency of Global Mobility Program and work to reduce time and increase efficiency
- Operational responsibility for all HR processes across the various location ( countries) that impact Global Mobility Program.
- Interact with HR, Legal, Mobility, Operations
Qualifications / Skills Individual should possess :
- 10+ years of experience with HR Strategy or HR Service Delivery/Operations with experience in Expact / Global Program Management.
