- Experience in designing and implementing strategic solutions for attracting and acquiring top talent to solve talent gaps and provide strategies to enable a sustainable talent landscape.
- Strong exposure to interaction with top leadership team.
- Gained good insights on different skills of IB industry talent and trends.
- Built strong market intelligence; in addition, created and implemented strategic and competitive recruitment plans in order to find the best talent available.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of the team to meet organizational goals.
- Developed, implemented and proactively managed strategies/ practices to attract retain and develop the best available talent across levels thereby meeting the current and growing business needs.-
- Design of compensation structure to ensure that the- - rewards and benefits of the acquired employees are aligned
