Our client is a global financial services institution with a top tier global client list and market-leading position. They are a captive set up in India and are seeking a professional for a VP - HR Business Partner role. This is a managerial role requiring a suitable individual to work with a high level of autonomy and independence while being associated with the India team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Overall 15 + total years of HR experience from out of 10+ yrs as HR generalist supporting multiple business verticals
- Provide effective solutions to business units for HR business partnering, HR Strategies, executing the business plan, mitigate People/Legal risk.
- Develop strong relationship with multiple LOBs and able to manage risk to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Take initiatives to drive organization development and structural changes, advise business on employee relations issues and Liaise with the Staffing team on acquiring key talent.
- Initiate year end compensation process, multiple employee satisfaction programs and Participate in global initiatives across the HR team.
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization
- Should have strong technical HR competence, business acumen and relationship skills.
- Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
