Employee engagement /retention :
- Design strategies and partner with the business to help employees achieve work life balance. Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives like People Committee, fun & charity, leadership offsite etc
- Partner with the business in Climate Surveys/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
- Inculcate a culture of recognition and drive Rewards and Recognition.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.
- Communicate and implement HR policies and program in the LOB.
- Organize Focus Group discussions with employees across levels.
- Support hiring activities by working closely with the Recruitment teams.
Performance Management & Employee Development :
- Facilitate Performance Management & Employee Development Initiatives.
- Work towards improving quality of Performance Management (PMC) process by up-skilling/ raising awareness amongst employees and managers
- In consultation with business managers identification and development of the leadership team and facilitate implementation of the same in conjuction with the Training team.
- Facilitate employee mobility very closely by assessing opportunities available vs. talent pool.
- Support talent assessment and facilitate career management
- Support business managers in compensation planning / decision process.
People Development and Stakeholder Management :
- Lead and guide a team of HR professionals to put together integrated People Agenda for their respective clients.
- Coach the team members to provide well rounded strategic HR solutions to the business.
- Build strong long lasting relationship with all the stakeholders and partner with them to address People issues.
Qualifications :
- 12- 14 years or more of relevant, effective HR experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Master's degree in Human Resources in addition to a Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Should have handled entire gamut of HR activities preferably from IT / Financial services background.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced, budget-challenged environment
- Ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Proficient in handling complex employee relations concerns and mitigating risks
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues
- PC skills - Word/Excel/PowerPoint required and Access/Project preferred
- Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
