Our client is the world's leading Corporate investment banking company looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (VP Level) Note: - Should be from 2010-2011 batch of post-graduation or should have 10 years of experience - Should have Strong technology knowledge and worked for the tech part of the business at Banking space Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Skilled HR Business Partner for the assigned Technology & Operations group. She/He will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning. - Leverages expertise and collaborates across the Communities of Expertise, Service Delivery Team and Workforce Support Solutions. - She/He will be a member of the India HR Leadership Team and key contributor within assigned client groups. Primarily act as a consultant to Sr management on all issues related to human resources. - She/He should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives and provide integrated solutions. - Broad range of experience in managing all aspects of HR: Experienced in supervising others, interfaces with senior level management. - Experienced individual contributor managing multi-disciplined HR function. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 10 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR. - Strong technology knowledge and worked for tech part of the business at Banking Space. - Strong HRBP skills - Should be from 2010-2011 batch of post-graduation. - Stakeholder management - Consultative Approach (experience in consulting business) - Good in navigating through systems
