- Seeking a strategic, commercially focused, and analytically oriented HR Business Partner to work with Senior Leaders to develop and drive the talent agenda for their business units.
- The individual will provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent and culture initiatives that help maximize the contribution HR makes, both through its own team efforts and through the CoEs in HR.
- Be responsible for overseeing and leading a group of HR Business Partners
- Be a subject matter expert in the HR domain, and coach other HRBPs in their development
- Have insight into key organization, commercial and value drivers and the impact on people's plans and solutions
- Partner with team and line management and ensures fairness and equity across the organization in the implementation of HR policies and programs
- Partner with HR CoE's on various projects like management/leadership initiatives, succession planning, diversity, reward, performance management, Employee engagement and HR Tech.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Business or Human Resources Management
- 18+ years' experience in the HR function
- 8+ years' experience leading a team
- Experience of working in a technology/product company
