Development of strong working relationships with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality
- Manage and develop talent to ensure strong deliveries in analytics
- Develop actionable analytics using technology and statistical measures for the use of HR advisors and business managers
- Consolidate standard reporting by maximizing use of technology
Key Skills :
- Ensuring Support and Reporting on various HR processes conducted annually for e.g. 9 Box, Advancement, Performance Evaluation, Market Data mapping, Employee Survey, Year End compensation, 360 feed-backs etc.
- Play lead role in year-end compensation planning, including contributing to summary of global compensation analytics for business leaders, contributing to annual PE budget and forecasting processes
- Manage Adhoc or periodic project based deliveries, ensures timely reporting & support
- Engage in technology update/ deployment within HR
