About the Role / Responsibilities :
Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Execute effective onboarding programs for new joiners
- Create and execute programs to measure employee satisfaction and analyze results to drive proactive actions
- Conduct regular interactions with employees to understand their concerns
- Address employee concerns with the help of managers & management
- Communication and implementation of HR policies and program
- Efficient HR Operations management for all employees
- Drive talent upskilling by creating mechanisms such as success profiles, Talent Assessment and Leadership Investment Planning
- Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates
- Regularly interact with business managers to understand and provide solutions on employee relations, talent planning, staffing, compensation & benefits, talent development, and change management issues
Performance Management :
- Drive, communicate and facilitate effective performance management processes across the organization
- Enable management teams in making difficult performance-related decisions
- Regular market benchmarking of compensation and benefits to facilitate effective performance management
- Supports the management team in aligning employee goals with overall business goals through tailor-made people programs
Analytics, Systems & Processes :
- Analyze data to understand people challenges being faced by the organization and execute effective people programs to overcome challenges
- Create and present relevant reports (Scorecards, Attrition Reports, Talent Gap Analysis, etc) for managers & management
- Implement systems to provide easy access to information to employees, managers, and management
- Create and institutionalize processes for efficient communication with employees, managers & management
- Work collaboratively with Management to develop and implement customize people programs, systems, processes, and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives.
Desired Experience / Background :
- 10-15 years of experience in HR and Administration
- Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies, and performance management
- Experience with managing a lean HR Team
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment with the ability to prioritize tasks
- A hands-on approach towards problem-solving
- Ability to execute in ambiguous circumstances
