Role : VP - Hospitality / Food Delivery / eCommerce Operations - ITeS / BPO
Location : South IndiaJOB DESCRIPTION :- Managing Live order issues including liaison with Customers, Restaurants and Couriers - Cancelling Orders, Late Orders, Missing Items, Quality of Food etc.
- Back office will include Menu Curation, Logo creation, Delivery area adjustment, Full rebrand (Name/logo/menu change)
- Responsible for setting up new delivery and exceed service level targets and KPIs
- Build client relationships and understand their requirements/expectations; analyze client inputs and feedback effectively and translate them into service enhancements
- Identify areas for process improvement / efficiency, and drive process enhancements through implementation of various levers such as BPR, RPA etc.
- Work closely with various teams including solutions, sales teams and marketing to generate additional business
- Provide critical domain inputs in the bid management process
- Launch new offerings and manage marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate operational excellence, business acumen, thought leadership, and change management skills
QUALIFICATIONS :- Postgraduate with 20 years of post-qualification experience in handling similar roles in business process management/shared services organizations
- Must have prior experience of independently manage transitions and setting-up new accounts/workstreams
