Lead the Talent Management, Learning, HR Technology and Analytics:
Talent Management & Learning and Development:
- Design and implement programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees at all levels, particularly within the leadership pipeline.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring employees have the resources and opportunities to grow their skills and careers.
- Drive the Learning agenda with clear development frameworks, learning journeys across levels
HR Analytics & Technology Implementation:
- Identify key HR metrics and develop dashboards to track and report on HR performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions (HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, etc.) to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Create and execute technology led efficiency projects across HR and Distribution Training using new age methods like Gen AI.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Lead critical projects, trackers for HR Head KPI, and guide team to create compelling analysis and engaging presentations needed for various stakeholders like HR Head/ CEO/Board/ Business heads.
Expertise on Executive Compensation and Workforce Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in executive compensation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the HR Head and CEO to design and administer executive compensation packages that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Oversee the preparation of compensation-related materials for the board of directors and executive leadership.

Lead the Talent Management, Learning, HR Technology and Analytics. Act as a strategic partner with the CHRO for areas of workforce planning, executive compensation, workforce optimization, and implementation of HR technology.
Qualification:
- 15-18 years years post qualification experience in HR.
- Preferably from Consulting background
Knowledge: Knowledge of financial and insurance sectors is preferred (not mandatory)
Skills:
- Excellent at Excel/ SPSS/ MS Access/ superior PowerPoint skills
- Ability to collaborate across levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Adept at using HR Analytics as a critical tool to take decisions and influence key stakeholders & identify means of leveraging technology to enhance employee processes
- Understanding of business flow and ability to work closely with critical Business Stakeholders
- Ability to learn in a mature but complex organization with varied People Policies & Practices
- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
